The pool has been closed for an extended period!!! Several inconsistency issues with room keys and maintenance items like broken toilets suggest a lack of attention to detail!!!

The hotel features spacious and comfortable rooms, making it easy to settle in. I appreciated the quality of the breakfast, which had an excellent variety of options. There were plenty of flat surfaces in my Leisure King Room, so I could spread out. However, when I returned to my room at 5:00 PM after a day of sightseeing, my keys didn't work. The front desk issued new keys, but my room hadn’t been serviced at all. A cleaning staff member offered help, but it felt disappointing to address this inconvenience myself. Also, there was a noticeable comfort issue with the bathroom cleanliness. it had ants and some debris. I found it hard to enjoy my stay fully after these issues. All in all, the good aspects balanced with these inconveniences.

Spacious suite, lovely pool area, kids loved the high beds, and overall a bright, clean atmosphere made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the cleanliness and upkeep of the accommodations, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast had a wonderful variety of fresh options, which I appreciated greatly.

The toilet seat in our room was broken, making it slippery and unstable. An electrical panel under the bedside table was also broken and lying on the floor. Furthermore, there was no maintenance staff available to address these issues promptly. The refrigerator door had been left open, resulting in warm contents. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed, leading to water spills on the bathroom floor.

Positive, Breakfast was good and the service was excellent. They even hosted an eclipse-themed party that everyone enjoyed. I was pleasantly surprised given my past experiences with IHG. Would definitely recommend this place for a stay!

The stay featured a spacious and clean Suite with a cozy atmosphere that the kids really enjoyed, especially with the high beds. The swimming pool was a nice touch, despite being small, and the overall hotel ambiance was bright and welcoming. However, the breakfast could have been improved as some hot items felt too greasy, and there were some cleanliness concerns regarding the bathroom that were hard to overlook during our visit.
